Burning: Weekly Flow Tarot, May 23 – 29, 2016

You do the best you can, and then you let it go. Your best? Is good enough. It is, quite literally, ALL you can do. I always do the best I know how.

Some days, that best is decidedly better than other days. But it’s always what I’ve got. That’s how I can sleep at night.

Doing that will serve you well this week. There are plenty out there who do what they can get by with. The difference is observable, even if they think they’re fooling everybody else. We may not say anything. But we take note and don’t really trust you all that much.

Personally, I’d rather be the best-doer than the less-doer. It’s more work but my soul remains firmly intact. This week, you can be a best-doer or a less-doer. But the fires of passion burn brightest for the best-doers.

May 23 - 30 2016

These cards strike me as being a bit like a game of Simon Says.

Simon says, “Stop. Consider.”

Okay, Simon says, “Go! Now.”

Simon Says, “Rethink, Review.”

The mood isn’t overly sweet or ridiculously harsh. But there is a very stop-and-go feel about it, and there does seem to be an awful lot going on at the same time.

I’m getting images of burning brush–not out of control fires. More like clearing out land to clean and prepare for other uses. In fact, that image may be quite useful to us this week. Think of anything “burning down” as clearing the way for repurposing the energy that structure required to maintain.

Burning bridges? Burning passions? Burning the house down? Hotheadedness? Slow burns? Fire in the belly? It could take many forms. But we’re looking at the fire.

Magick work with candles specifically and the fire element in general is favored. Fire is a great source of purification, often serving as necessary preparation for renewal. So keep that image firmly in mind if things get dicey, okay? Fire energy will bring clarity, purification and prepare for renewal. Make sure your fires are constructive.

Monday, Dedicated Effort – Ace of Swords: One thing at a time, one idea at a time. Laser sharp. Reason it out, think it through and then? ACT. Focus, think, act; focus, think, act. That’s the formula. Focus, think, act.

Tuesday, Love Abounds – Four of Swords: The gift of connected with loved ones is that you can RELAX. You’re safe. You can assume you’re being heard and seen through a compassionate filter. Provide this safety net or benefit from it or both. Because today is about finding peace in trusting the love.

Wednesday, Embrace/Sacral Chakra – Seven of Swords rx: Not much gets by the gut, unless you try to talk yourself out of your body’s wisdom. I’ll often say this, but today I’m saying it louder: do a gut check and pay attention to the feeling temperature it returns. What feeds back joy, embrace. What doesn’t, eschew. Very, very simple here. Don’t make it harder than it is.

[bctt tweet=”The gut always knows. #OnMyRadar” username=”goddess_dix”]

Thursday, Darkest Fears – Four of Pentacles rx: Worries of being unstable. Financial insolvency, physical instability or just flat-out crazy could be among the fears. Know they are fears, not reality. You may not be functioning at maximum capacity, but the elements of stability and sanity are already on hand. Acknowledge fears directly to give them less power. Use those fears as signposts, to where you need to shore up your personal support and self-care efforts. It’s like peeking at your life to see which seams are overstretched so you can strengthen and mend. In that way, you can let these fears become a gift, okay?

Friday, Giving & Receiving/Throat Chakra – The Hermit rx:  Very clear indication to share your truth–and just as importantly, listen to truths being shared. But remember, the Hermit is not a loud, soapbox-toting kind of guy. He’s honest, yes, to a fault. But also, he’s quite soft-spoken and not judgmental. The Hermit doesn’t need to shout. His confidence comes from study, allowing him to speak with wisdom and authority. He understands not everyone is interested in or able to grasp his deeper meaning. That’s fine. It’s right, you know? It’s appropriate. The right ones will hear. Today? Say your piece humbly. Listen to others, humbly. The right ones will hear, on both accounts.

Saturday, Rebuild – The World rx: Clean up and restructuring efforts. Reorganization, streamlining, reworking processes all go well today. Starting point? Wherever something significant has been left out. Wherever we’ve been less-than-completely responsible. Whatever has been most clearly allowed to let slide. Messes can be fixed, but for the fixes to stick, you have to remain focused on doing it completely, and doing the right, responsible thing. Bigger picture perspective can guide you.

Sunday, Nurture/Heart Chakra – The Magician rx: Reach for gratitude, love and compassion, particularly with stressful or difficult situations where you feel no or little personal control. Regain balance by feeding your heart today. It’s healing energy. Drink up!

Overview/Advice, Strengthening Bonds – Queen of Wands: Throughout the course of this week, the quality of connections are on display. Be a strong ally and utilizes your allies as well. The Queen of Wands has been hanging around lately, I’ve noticed. She’s a fierce woman, no nonsense. Loyalty is among her admirable qualities. This week, look to be a loyal ally and express gratitude for your allies. The process makes you closer.

Affirmation – Fire: “Fire, the energies of the creative force in its purest form, represents purification or ‘burning away the dross.’ The Phoenix was reborn from the ashes. Honor the creative fire within. Feed your passions, fan the flames higher.” Pulling Fire for the affirmation echos the Queen of Wands advice for the week. Purity of the heart, passionate faith, and loyalty serve us well. Of course here, there is the added dimension of creative work. Got a big case of the feels? Art it out, baby! Art it out.

The answers this week lie in purification, passions and preparation for the new by burning through the old.

Tender: Weekly Flow Tarot, May 9 -15

You know how the word “tenderness” can mean kindness or a soreness, a hurt that is vulnerable?

That’s the temperate I’m getting right now. Tender.

And from both ways. And for the ouchy way, I’m sorry.

So I’m here to remind you, the most powerful protection from the tender causing injury is self-care. Being kind loving to yourself, so you can be kind and loving to everybody else. Without adding undue injury in the process.

For this next week, some sore spots coming in and out of focus, like tides rolling in and out. Tender. And how they heal, how we make our way through them going forward will be shaped and shifted and altered by displays (or withholding) of compassion.

I suggest invoking the kindness bit, as it will ease the sting of the sore spots tremendously. As always, start in the mirror.

May 9 - 15 2016

Monday, Shine – Queen of Wands rx: You focus must be directed upon your own part in the play, not that of anyone else. Stay firmly in your own space, with your own values and objectives and tune out everything off-task to shine your inner beauty all over that mess. Okay?

Tuesday, Find Balance – Two of Swords: This combo smacks of decision-making and compromise. Key is leaning in to principles and values, while letting go of what doesn’t really matter vs. win-lose scenarios. Keep your ego off to the side to focus on objectives and you’ll get further.

Wednesday, Release – Ace of Cups rx: It’s an emotional thing. And it would not take a big change, to shift how you feel from hurting to better. Just a little shift, in the way you choose to frame it. Hone in on what’s kind or loving that you can find in or around the situation. Any way or time you can invoke love, you’re calling upon one of the Universe’s most powerful healing forces.

Thursday, Just Breathe – Six of Cups: Great day for daydreaming, reminiscing, or otherwise allowing your imagination to roam. Please do not put a lot of stress on yourself today, okay? It would be a great time for something fun, and especially activities that remind you of your youth. Exhale, folks!

Friday, Darkest Fears – Eight of Cups rx: Scared you won’t be able to let go of your lifeline? That thing that doesn’t really work for ya so well anymore, but it feels safer? Fear that you’ll fail without what you’re increasingly becoming to expect is a false sense of security? This is a worry about not being able to do without. I’d suggest looking at what the fears tell you about how you perceive yourself because that’s the most fruitful focus of this laser beam.

Saturday, Believe & Succeed – The Lovers: Make your choice, and commit to it. While the couple on the Two of Cups is young love, the Lovers are seasoned. Look to maintain as much harmony as you can between who you are and what you do. Harmony between who you are and what you do yields success. Helpful Hint: At least one of the people you’re believing in has to be you.

Sunday, Giving & Receiving/Heart Chakra – The Fool: You cannot hold onto preconceived notions AND have a completely open heart. The two are mutually exclusive. You have to be open to the energy exchange itself to give and receive. Preconceived notions serve as walls, keeping us from experiencing the present moment and truly being with others. The secret is being discriminating in whom you opt to share heart energy with.

Overview/Advice, Love Abounds – The Star: LOVE GIVES HOPE. Love heals.

[bctt tweet=”Love lets you ride the waves of life instead of drowning. #OnMyRadar” username=”goddess_dix”]

Affirmation, Water: “Water represents emotional energy, intuition, the deep mind and receptivity. Water’s fluidity adapts to whatever environment or form it finds itself in, without losing its essence. As the ocean mother responds to the pull of lunar energy, we, in our bodies of water, respond to the ancient ones. Listen to your inner rhythms.”

This is a fluid week. Understand that there is a heightened emotional sensitivity right now, amongst yourself as well as everyone else. Take your time and take the space to allow yourself to feel your way through the challenges. It’s not only okay it’s that way–it’s perfect that way. Because it’s exactly what we need to get through our respective challenges. The Universe hands us retrograde soups like we have presently s to allow us to rewire sections of our lives. How foolish it would be to waste the opportunity! It really is a gift in ugly wrapping paper.

Purge Therapy, Retrograde Style: I’ve set up a box for donating to the thrift store, and in gradually adding bits and pieces of energy I want to release in this box. I’m doing this very gradually, just when I’m picking up or it happens to occur to me. I’m doing gut checks and reviewing what kind of feelings, what kind of energy is attached to each object. I’m cleaning out emails and pictures. I’m looking at things in my house and saying, “If I were to move, would I want to take that with me? Do I want this to be in my future?” The release you get when you “weed for the future” this way is wonderful.  And what you’ll also find is that circumstances in the physical tend to shift, sometimes very promptly after you cut your energy from whatever you’re purging.

So do that – release. In doing, you’re weeding for your future so your selected seeds will have the best chance to grow healthy and strong.

Are you feeling this?

Calculated Risks: Weekly Tarot Forecast, Dec 28 – Jan 3

I remember the first professional Tarot reading I did. I was SO terrified! I’d read plenty for friends and family, and later friends and family of friends and family. But with that audience, they are likely to be kind. There is some kind of personal connection. They want to support you, and let’s not forget–you’re doing them a favor if you’re reading gratis. You’re getting practice and they’re getting insight, so it’s mutually agreeable  exchange and they’ll likely be forgiving of any missteps.

But having somebody I didn’t know PAY for my reading was a huge stretch.

I was going to make a go if it through EBay; at the time, you could list Tarot readings there. I charged $15 for a full Celtic Cross. And I wanted backup reassurance, so I got her birthday. After I finished the reading, I ran it through my astrology software, just to make sure what it said was consistent with what I saw. I didn’t include astrological reports with the reading. It was just for personal reassurance. And yes, my reading was on target.

Geez, that lady got a Hell of a deal!

That first reading I did was very much a calculated risk. As terrifying as it was to put myself out there and read for strangers (for actual money!) I knew I could give a good reading. I would never have considered putting myself in that position if not. What I learned in the process was that it’s usually easier to read for strangers because all that stuff you “know” about your loved ones is less likely to get in the way. Still, it was terrifying and hard. And even today, there’s that twinge of anxiety before I start, when I just hand things over to spirit and ask for what’s needed. Even now, it’s easier but still, not easy.

But had I not taken a chance that day, terror and all, you wouldn’t be reading this.

Weekly Tarot Forecast December 28, 2015

Looking over this forecast as a whole, there’s plenty of opportunity for measured risk-taking. We do have several Major Arcana showing up–it’s important stuff we’re dealing with–and a noticeable emphasis on the Water Element with the number of cups appearing. Emotional impact is “a thing.” Themes of balance amidst losses, release and (measured) risk-taking tie this week together with a bow…or maybe it’s a knot.

Monday, Sadness and Isolation – Seven of Swords: What a way to start the week…the image on this card is interesting, though, in that it looks to be prescriptive. Come clean. Emerge from your hiding place, and show yourself, you know? The antidote to isolation is built in–come on out!

Tuesday, Flow – The Wheel: Looking at today, that Kenny Rogers song is going through my brain, The Gambler. “You’ve got to know when to hold ’em, know when to fold ’em. Know when to walk away. Know when to run.” Pay attention and go with the flow today. Flexibility allows you to ride the tides as they shift.

Wednesday, Opportunity Beckons/Base Chakra – Four of Cups: With the Base Chakra card showing up, we’re talking issues of security and safety, basic needs. Opportunity is beckoning in the form of how those needs get met. You could make a move today–a calculated risk–which increases your sense of security significantly.

Thursday, Spread Your Winds – Two of Wands: Continue to act on those calculated risk.  Risk your ego. Risk your image. Risk stretching outside your established comfort zone. Say what’s on your mind or in your heart. Be honest. Be true to yourself. Sometimes, that’s very hard. But payoffs are often in proportion to the reach, y’know?

Friday, Moving On – Eight of Cups: [recent repeat] Let it go, let it go, let it go! What do you want to walk away from?

Saturday, Rebuild – Tower: [recent repeat] Oy, this is a pretty watered-down Tower representation. Ah well. Oracle Tarot decks, whaddya gonna do? The pattern on her gown makes me think of a house of cards. When you see the Tower, there IS a house of cards has fallen or is about to fall. Whatever does fall, however, was a house of cards. Remember that part. Kind of the point of the Tower, you know? So yes, take stock and rebuild. And understand, houses of cards will always fall. Knowing the difference between the card houses and those made of stronger construction methods will serve. Just keep going, okay? Keep on going.

Sunday, Change Your Focus & Detach – Five of Cups and Justice: These two came out together. Solid follow up to the Tower. It looks very much like grieving–or to be more precise, trying to rebound from grief, at least enough to regain equilibrium. The detachment of Justice isn’t about not caring. It’s about balance. Release through tears, and seek equilibrium.

Overview/Advice, Nurture/Heart Chakra – The Empress: Love yourself. Love others. Care for animals and children and plants…loving is such a very important activity, sharing love. It heals both the giver and recipient. It helps you through the toughest of times, and makes the brightest of times shine brighter. There is no end to the good love can do.

[bctt tweet=”Don’t just guard your heart. Make it stronger via exercise! #quotes”]

Affirmation: I am selfish enough to want to feel good. There is nothing wrong with taking care of yourself. I harp on that point quite a bit, actually. I see self-care as a sacred responsibility. It’s your job to look after yourself, damn it! Don’t push it off on others. “Selfish” is treated like a dirty word, and if you mean caring only for oneself and nobody else, then okay. That’s ugly.

But if you mean protecting your mind, your body, your spirit, healing and nurturing it…well, that’s important. Without that, you’re not much good to anyone else. It’s a waste of the gifts, the energy and resources you have to give. And joy in your own life, doing what you can to feel good, not only impacts you and the people nearby. It impacts every one you come in contact with, directly or indirectly. You are lighting a match, adding the the illumination of all…

Are you comfortable taking calculated risks?

Condensed Soup: Weekly Tarot Forecast, Dec 21-27

Some of the most intensely fruitful periods of my life, growth-wise, understanding-wise, finding-peace-wise, have been the most difficult.

Surely it’s not a surprise. And it’s cold comfort when you’re in the middle of it. But again and again and again, it happens the same way. It’s that damn pressure that forms the diamond.

I’m expecting pressure, incoming.

Weekly Tarot Forecast, December 21, 2105

Looking like a Major Arcana sort of week! As in, 5 of the 8 cards are majors. In everyday terms, that means the stuff we’re dealing with is likely to have significant impact, not trivial, but serious, hard hitting. Does this surprise anybody? Sky watchers, I know you are already hip. Winter solstice and a full moon this week. Bam! Balance is an ongoing theme this week. We’re looking at a cycle of release and readjust, release and readjust. Sort of like what life is about generally, except condensed. There is soup this week and it is condensed soup!

Merry Christmas.

Monday, Find Balance – Two of Pentacles: Evaluate what you need to manage, and what it takes to manage it. This means releasing that which is not essential. Even if you thought it was essential before, is it? Don’t beat yourself up for not being able to finish everything. Because it’s likely you simply will not be able to anyway. Just do a little of everything, and keep things spinning, okay?

Tuesday, Release – Hanged Man: Let go of the inner control freak, right here and right now. What you cannot control, just pray and let it go. That really is your best bet today. And you know what? Leaving it to Spirit, the Universe, God, or just somebody else to handle does provide relief.

Wednesday, Shine – The Sun: Soak yourself up in some happiness. Outside? If it works. Inside, otherwise. But look to add a big dose of joy to your day. Treats, movies, hugs, art. I don’t care what you do. Just do it!

Thursday, Balance – Temperance: Opportunities for unique solutions taking into account all sides of the coin may present. This is another call for balance, as well as compromise.

Friday, Clarity of Belief – Ace of Swords: Feeling thoughtful? Focus on what’s truly meaningful in your life. Good energetic weather for realigning priorities. Clarity is there, if you truly seek it. Merry Christmas!

Saturday, Helpless and Hopeless – Eight of Swords: I’m feeling this as sadness about what’s lost, with a side of, “How do I go on now?” Feel whatever it is you feel. As if you could do anything else. But don’t fight it. Really, that’s the only way through it. And if you open yourself up to all the feelings, you can generally see which restrictions are real versus which are self-imposed.

Sunday, Heal – The Star: Lots of sleep, healthy food, water, and love are all great investments today. A chat about possibilities with a trusted partner works, too. If that doesn’t play out for you, have that chat with yourself. Welcome optimism back.

Overview/Advice, Manifest/Third Eye Chakra – The Magician: Keep bringing your attention back to seeing what you want–not in the delusional sense, in the acknowledgement sense. In the “driving your own experience” sense.

Affirmation: I will not attempt to control others’ experiences. [Recent repeat.] This one doesn’t need a lot of explanation. Honestly, we cannot even control our own experiences completely. How are we going to control anybody else’s? I am also big on the notion we simply don’t have the right. Self-determination is central. It’s how we learn, how we grow and it’s a very personal business. I know a lot of people who “know” what’s right for me, most of whom I do not agree with.

[bctt tweet=”Even if you don’t respect the choices, honor the right each has to walk their own path.”]

Most of us are doing the best we can. Some are not perhaps, but it’s not like we have an outline to what’s going on in someone else’s head or heart to know for sure. More importantly, it’s not our business. Watching over my own pot of condensed soup is plenty enough for me!

Just Fix Yourself: Weekly Tarot Forecast, Dec 7 – 13

“You’re so brave, to have hair that color,” the old woman says to me, stopping me in the grocery store. “It’s bold!”

I smile big and thank her, the same way I always do when somebody calls me “brave” for having pink hair.

As if it wasn’t just hair. As if it would never grow back. As if pink hair color was poison or a dirty look from somebody’s grandpa would knock me over, dead.

“Do you think I could do that?” she asked, a little sheepishly.

“Well of course you could! With your gray, it would take great!”

“I’m seventy. Do you think it’s okay for a seventy-year-old to have pink hair?”

“Well, I’m going to when I’m seventy! I don’t see why not. You’re an adult! You can do what you want!”

A peculiarity of my life is being an outsider. It’s all over my astrology. It doesn’t matter what I do or how hard I try. One way or another, I’m not going to fit in.

So I don’t try.

It took me a while to get adjusted to the idea, but I’m comfortable enough with it now that I can embrace it. I do embrace it! I know how old I am–and it’s old enough to wear my hair however I damn well please.

It’s tremendously freeing, not to worry about what other people think. It can take some effort, sure.

Even more effort is required to stop trying to control what other people think, about you or anything else. But I think it’s the most difficult of all to overcome what YOU think about yourself…that’s why some of the “fixers” can get so far under your skin.

[bctt tweet=”The hardest perceptions to manage are self-perceptions. #fixyourself”]

Weekly Tarot Dec 7 2015

This week’s forecast looks like a description of a transition, potentially clouded by self-perceptions. Because we’re in entirely working in the minor arcana, I expect even the more challenging of these energies to be transient, not long lasting. I get the feeling of being tired, worn out, limping with weak knees but trying to walk up the last hill to get home.

And you know how it is, when you’re pushing to finish something difficult or unpleasant, how you go about it, both physically and psychologically, makes a huge difference in the overall experience?

Yeah. That.

Monday, Find Balance – Two of Pentacles: The message here is pretty self-explanatory. Look for balance, compromise, and dividing attention rationally. Understand you only have so much energy to go around and cannot always run in deficit. Prioritize and decide what’s “must do” and what’s “let go.”

Tuesday, Opportunity Beckons – Four of Cups: If you’re feeling discontented, you can make changes. Look to articulate what you actually want. Disquiet is an invitation to reevaluate. Compare what you are doing with what you’d like to be and then begin steps in the “like to be” direction.

Wednesday, Spread Your Wings – Two of Wands: You see the flow we’re in this week? It’s about identifying and adjusting, over and over. Those little bits of discontent are gifts! The allow you to see the dirt, the messes in your life you’d like to clean up.

Thursday, Healing Begins – Six of Swords: This is the transition we started earlier in the week. Periods of change and growth are without fail difficult. But they are generally worth it. Expect an easing.

Friday, Coming Together – Two of Cups: [Note – We had the same card, for the same day, last week.] And I’m going to give you the same advice I did then: choose love! Choose love, love, love. Twos are choices. Realize, loving and being together, or doing what another wants are very different. Sometimes the most loving thing to do is let go. But whether you hold on or let go, always do it with LOVE.

Saturday, Moving On – Eight of Cups and Sunday, Refusal to See – Two of Swords: Flare up! Growing pains, right here. Letting go and leaving something behind you, are you really looking at the whole picture? It’s like after a breakup, sometimes folks see ONLY the good from what they left, or ONLY the dark parts. Every situation will have some of both, although one may well outweigh the other, sometimes dramatically.  Just be gentle with yourself and let the progress you’ve fought for over the week integrate, okay? Naps are always appropriate!

Overview/Advice, Joy & Stability – Four of Wands: When one’s world feels in flux, certain things are very helpful. Routines are a great support. Surrounding oneself with positive messages and people help. Taking good care of the body and the mind go a long way to regain stability. You know what lifts you up versus what drags you further down. Care for yourself this week by continuing to lift yourself up.

Affirmation: I can change my life by changing my thoughts. I will not attempt to control others’ experiences. Because the two came out together. My thoughts, my life, and my experiences are the point here. Not who agrees or who doesn’t. Obviously, not everything goes all sunshine up just because you reach for a more positive perspective. Some parts of life hurt, some things suck, and there is some struggle inherent in the human condition. But that being said, how you view it can always make it better, easier, less painful, less struggle. And that, my friends, is very much worth the effort.

Also notice how both these thoughts go hand in hand? We own our own life path, not that of anyone else. This is kind of a big issue for me personally, because I’ve spent most of my life surrounded to some extent with people quite determined I’m horribly broken.

And you know? I’m okay with that. I need to be okay with that, with people who see me as broken, because I only own my personal percpetions.

What I’m not okay with is people insisting on “fixing” what they see as broken in me. That mission will get you booted from my world.

Don’t be that guy (or gal), that pushes for the fix for others. It’s not your life, not your right. Just fix yourself.

Do people try to “fix” you?

Holiday Special – 2016 Year-Ahead Zodiac Reading

Choose Joy: Weekly Tarot Forecast, Nov 30 – Dec 6

“Thor the Warrior Kitten, you are cute but that’s Mama’s camera strap. I need that!”

Thor is an adorable, sweet and loving kitten; Thor is also an unpredictable, sharp-clawed and colossal pain in the ass.

Raising a rambunctious kitten isn’t a lot different than parenting, to be honest. There are challenging bits and pieces to parenting, kids or kittens.

Or to going to school. Or to marriage or career or making art or damn near anything that we consider an accomplishment.

The flavor of the overall experience isn’t in the bits and pieces of individuals incidents, or in the ebb and flow of the days and months and years. The overall flavor of the experience lies solidly in the perceptions of the participants.

This week is a lot like that.

weekly tarot november 30 2015

The overall vibe of this forecast is one of struggling with a long-standing situation. Fear or tiredness may play a factor, but what starts out stressful lightens up by the end of the week. A conscious decision to direct your actions and thoughts where you want to go makes all the difference here.

Monday, Open Up – Four of Pentacles: This is a stable, if somewhat anxious, stance overall, so the advice to “Open Up” is more prescriptive than descriptive. Be aware of any situations where you may be functioning out of habit, reacting to very outdated information, or otherwise not being fully present and reacting to the present. Look around, even if you think you’ve had it all pegged for a good long time, okay? Possibility of new directions if you remain open to seeing them.

Tuesday, Dedicated Effort – Eight of Pentacles: Bang, bang, bang on the hammer! Just keep hammering away at what you need to do. It’s a day of work. If you can sneak a little service in there, so much the better.

Wednesday, Helpless and Hopeless – Eight of Swords: Standoffs today are less reality problems than they are perception problems. Are you overreacting to something? Is someone overreacting to you? Any time the emotions are much bigger than the situation would objectively provoke, you’re tapping a deeper emotional vein. Think trigger. It’s important to question your stated reality and look for the root of triggers.

Thursday, Heal – The Star: If you’ve been diligently questioning assumptions already and identifying triggers and roots, today’s reward is a chance to heal some of that hurt. Allow yourself optimism. Let it grow.

Friday, Coming Together – Two of Cups: Any choice that faces you today, choose love. Without fail, without hesitation, without question, choose love!

Saturday, Seek the Truth – Seven of Swords: What “everybody” understands to be true doesn’t matter. This truth is of a highly personal nature. We’re seeking to realign our thoughts from the shifting over the last week.

Sunday, New Vitality – Ace of Wands: Physical activity is a great choice today, or just make something! I don’t care if it’s art or a shelf or dinner. It’s a time of renewal; choose regenerating with activities that make you feel really ALIVE.

Overview/Advice, Take the Lead – Three of Wands: The seeds you plant in your life, via repeated words, thoughts and actions, are the forebearers for the experience you harvest. Are you headed toward what you want? Whatever you want more of, take the lead by consciously choosing that direction.

Affirmation: I can deliberately reach for joyous thoughts. You cannot and won’t love everything that happens in your life. Nobody savors every experience. But you can REACH for the most optimistic and hopeful framing for the life you’ve got.
