“When you feel frustrated or upset by a person [including yourself] or a situation, remember that you are not reacting to the person or the situation, but to your feelings [beliefs] about the person or the situation.” -Deepak Chopra

The Osho Zen style of the Hierophant and the Page of Wands, as in “No-thingness” and “Playfulness” grace us today.

Empty your mind of worries, concerns, irritations, aggravations, and negative what-ifs. Let go of indignations and attachment to outcomes. Release it all, and find yourself completely and utterly in the moment. This, my friends, is true freedom.

If you don’t have control over a situation, hand it over to the Universe.

Use your energy to take joy in the now. Breathe, eat, laugh, and be merry. This makes worries less likely to materialize energetically (and keeps you from experiencing those negative outcomes emotionally even barring real-world manifestation). Your life becomes instantly better.

Can you let go and be glad?
