Empty your mind of worries, concerns, irritations, aggravations, and negative what-ifs. Let go of indignations and attachment to outcomes. Release it all, and find yourself completely and utterly in the moment. This, my friends, is true freedom.

If you don’t have control over a situation, hand it over to the Universe.

Use your energy to take joy in the now. Breathe, eat, laugh, and be merry. This makes worries less likely to materialize energetically (and keeps you from experiencing those negative outcomes emotionally even barring real-world manifestation). Your life becomes instantly better.

    I just had a huge fight that has me exhausted & pissed. He just left for work. The second the door shut, I thought, ” Check Dixie’s card to see what the hell to do.” I can’t read for myself in this state.
